VITAL and Fivestone Solutions, a leading sales coaching business, have joined forces to launch the ELITE Sales Academy at CEDIA Expo 2024. This new program is designed to help luxury home service businesses close more sales at healthier margins — without working extra hours.
The academy addresses common challenges faced by businesses in the high-end home services sector. These include struggles with closing deals, generating new revenue from existing clients, and implementing effective sales processes.
“We’re not just talking about custom integrators here,” Matt Bernath, co-founder of VITAL, explains. “This is for any luxury home service business looking to up their game. While we are initially launching into the CEDIA community, we know other luxury trades are struggling with the same sales challenges. We envision a tight community of sellers, learning and growing together, while also networking and sharing best practices.”
The ELITE Sales Academy isn’t your typical sales training program. It combines on-demand learning with live coaching and a community aspect. Participants get access to over 50 skill-building modules covering everything from efficient prospecting to objection handling. Weekly coaching calls with Patrick Martinez of Fivestone Solutions provide real-time support and accountability.
“We’re cutting through the fluff,” says Martinez. “This program is about giving businesses practical tools they can use right away. We’re talking checklists, templates, process guides, the works.”
The academy will soft launch in October 2024 with a select group of pre-launch members, before opening its doors fully in January 2025.
