Rotel has announced a significant strategic shift in its U.S. market operations. Effective March 1, 2025, Rotel will directly distribute its Rotel and Michi products to dealers across the United States through its newly established entity, Clear Wave Ventures, LLC.

This move underscores Rotel’s commitment to strengthening relationships with its dealer network, ensuring efficient operations, and directly delivering service and support. The change positions Rotel to adapt swiftly to market demands and solidify its presence in the U.S. audio market.
Clear Wave Ventures, LLC, headquartered in Houston, Texas, will warehouse and distribute for directly from its own warehouse, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries. The state-of-the-art facility will also serve as a hub for Rotel and Michi inventory and sales, technical support and service, and spare parts holdings. Dealers can expect robust stock levels with centralized U.S distribution.
