Parasol has partnered with SnapAV for the launch of their new OvrC “Groups & Permissions” feature. Developed in collaboration with Parasol, the new OvrC feature allows Parasol to scale and manage multiple dealers on a single dashboard.
Parasol is powered by OvrC, SnapAV’s remote managed services platform. The new enterprise technology gives Parasol the ability to scale the number of dealers in their ecosystem and provide even better service to their clients. “Our support technicians are now able to instantly analyze and diagnose customers proactively and efficiently,” says Ted Bremekamp, Parasol co-founder and director of operations.
Parasol’s ‘always on’ remote support service launched in January 2018 and is currently accepting new dealers to join the remote support revolution.
