Lutron Announces 2024 Excellence Awards Winners, Hall of Fame Inductees  

Winners were announced at a ceremony held during CEDIA Expo.

Lutron Electronics has announced the winners of its annual Excellence Awards program as well as its newest Hall of Fame inductees. Winners were announced at a ceremony in Denver, Colo., on September 5 during CEDIA Expo.

Founded in 2003, the Lutron Excellence Awards competition honors the top integrators from around the world for their expertise and Lutron project excellence. More than 150 integrators globally have been honored with awards over the past 20+ years.

The 2024 Excellence Awards winners:

  1. Best Shading Project — Media Design Associates, a HI Solutions Company, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
  2. Best Homeworks Project — Aloud AB in Stockholm, Sweden
  3. Best Use of Intelligent Lighting Systems — Bright Home Systems in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
  4. Best Immersive Lutron Experience — Audio Video Resource in Mount Vernon, Wash.
  5. Best Renovation/Retrofit Project — Gramophone from Timonium, Md.
  6. Best Collaboration with an Architect, Lighting Designer, or Interior Designer — Boston Automations in North Easton, Mass.
  7. Best Overall Project from a New Lutron Dealer — SmartWave Solutions in Panama City, Panama
  8. Judges’ Choice — RAC Electric in Tahoe City, Calif.

The Lutron Hall of Fame was created in 2009 to recognize excellence and dedication in the marketplace. Potential inductees are evaluated on several components: years of doing business with Lutron; loyalty; market reputation; dedication to their business; market expansion efforts; execution of Lutron initiatives; project innovations using Lutron products; and revenue growth. Twenty-nine integration firms are members of the Lutron Hall of Fame.

This year, Lutron added three companies to the list. And for the first time, Lutron inducted two companies from outside North America who were honored at ISE in February and recognized in Denver.

  2. Ideaworks — London, England
  3. SAV Digital Environments — Bozeman, Mont.
