Tommy Tabor is the director of workforce development for CEDIA, where he oversees the association’s workforce development and community engagement initiatives. Prior to joining CEDIA in 2018, Tabor held leadership positions with several nonprofit organizations, including a nearly eight-year stint with a workforce development organization that provides jobseekers with employability skills, occupational skills, and work-based learning experiences that lead to industry-recognized credentials and employment; and an 11-year tenure with two community development associations that represent and support community-based organizations that provide human services, develop affordable housing, create economic opportunities, and revitalize communities.
